WCP provides the following infrastructures, facilities, and services to its Clientele.


4. Land and Infrastructure


The Park consists of 50,476 square meter classified as industrial land Composed of four clusters, averaging about 7,000 - 9,000 square meter subdivided into 1,120/960/600 sq. meter.


5. Electricity


Electricity supplied by the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO).


6. Water


Water from deep wells dug within the Park is piped to central storage tanks with a capacity of 30,000 gallons for domestic use. Water is distributed from there to each cluster. Centralized water system for fire protection and backup.


7. Telecommunications


PLDT & Digitel lines available.


8. The Buildings


Four-cluster concrete buildings with steel roof framings, prepainted long span roofing with insulation and ventilation, steel sliding and roll up doors, steel casement windows, Finish plain painted cement on exterior and interior walls. Building height from floor to roof beams is 6.00 meters with ample parking.


9. 24 hour security


With CCTV Surveillance Camera at the main gate entrance and exit.
